Bill Cubin is a CPA licensed in Wyoming and has worked in both public accounting and the private industry. He works with businesses in a wide variety of industries—physicians, construction contractors, ranchers and farmers, drilling companies, oil field consultants, retailers and self-employed individuals—to help them plan for income taxes, retirement, sending kids to college, debt financing, and other important considerations in today’s complicated economy and regulatory environment.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Accounting. He has worked at CPA Consulting Group since 2010, and became the managing partner in 2023. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wyoming Society of CPAs.
Raised in Wyoming, Bill is an avid outdoorsman, and on days off he can be found fly fishing on the North Platte, hunting, swinging at golf balls, perfecting his technique of dry aging prime rib roasts, or obsessing over the Denver Broncos. Bill is a proud husband and father of two almost children.
Dick Bell grew up in Gillette, Wyoming, received a BS in Accounting from the University of Wyoming in 1994 and, upon graduation, started working for CPA Consulting Group as a staff accountant. He became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1995, and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in 2002. That same year he became partner at CPA Consulting Group.
Dick is a licensed CPA in the state of Wyoming and also a licensed CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst). He specializes in tax planning and preparation, business consulting and planning, business valuations and litigation support, retirement plan adoption and operation, financial planning, and estate, trust and gift planning.
Dick and his much better half Kim were married in 2001. They raised four children in Casper who are now scattered across the US. They enjoy travelling throughout the US and abroad, but love all that Casper, WY has to offer. They bike its numerous trails, kayak the North Platte and hike and cross country ski on Casper Mountain.
Kim and Dick are game for a challenge. Together they completed two Tough Mudders and rafted 187 miles through the Grand Canyon. They enjoy ocean snorkeling and kayaking as well as just lounging on the beach with a good book.
Born and raised in Casper, Bryan joined CPA Consulting Group in January of 2019 after graduating from the University of Wyoming as a dual major in accounting and marketing. Bryan has spent his entire life in the great state of Wyoming, and cannot think of a better place to work and live. Bryan became a licensed CPA in the State of Wyoming in 2020 and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wyoming Society of CPAs.
Bryan is a devoted Philadelphia Phillies, Nashville Predators, and Wyoming Cowboys fan, but can also be found talking about any and every sport. In his free time, he enjoys trying to catch fish, attempting to hit a golf ball, and spending time with his friends, family and wife Taylor.
Regan received her Bachelors in Accounting from Mississippi State University in 2018, and her Masters in Accounting from the University of Wyoming in 2020. She worked in Tennessee until moving back to her hometown of Casper in 2024 to be closer to her family. Regan became a licensed CPA in 2025 and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wyoming Society of CPAs.
Although Regan’s daughter, Joelle, keeps her busy when she is not working, in her free time she enjoys playing tennis, cooking, doing puzzles, and simply taking time to relax whenever she gets the chance!
Roger has assisted clients in a wide range of businesses and financial activities since graduating from the University of Wyoming in 1970. His experience has come from extensive trust and estate tax work while working with an international firm in California, agriculture clients in Colorado and Kansas, and—for most of his years—with the folks in Wyoming.
Most recently, Roger has focused on tax planning and investment consultation with ranchers and medical professionals. He prides himself with the preservation of family ranches for future generations, helping them navigate through estate tax obligations associated with appreciating ranch land. Roger’s mantra is “Planning, planning, and more planning.”
One of the founders of CPA Consulting Group, LLP, Roger has handed the responsibilities of day to day activities to the “nucleus of outstanding individuals to carry the firm forward”, but will continue to consult on many projects and work with rancher clients.
On his days off, which are more frequent now, Roger spends time with his four children and seven grandchildren who are all in Wyoming.
Leoma Brehmer – Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist
Leoma joined CPA Consulting Group in 2014. She started as a payroll and bookkeeping specialist and QuickBooks Pro Advisor, and with over 30 years of experience decided to move on. In 2021 she obtained her Bachelor’s degree followed by her Masters’ in Professional Accounting in 2023. She is focused on finishing her CPA exams within the near future. She believes her knowledge in these multiple areas of accounting give her a unique opportunity to meet the needs of her clients.
When not at CPA Consulting Group, she can be found with her husband and dogs in the mountains, lakes, and rivers of Wyoming and Colorado.
Alyssa was born and raised in Casper and loves the wide-open spaces of Wyoming. She discovered a love for bookkeeping shortly after graduating from Casper College in 2018, and she has been very grateful to have had opportunities to grow those bookkeeping skills in a variety of different business genres over the last 6+ years. During that time, her enjoyment of bookkeeping grew rapidly into an interest in accounting. Now, she is pursuing a master’s in accounting from Western Governors University and is incredibly excited for the opportunities to learn and grow with the CPA Consulting Group team.
When not playing with numbers, Alyssa can generally be found cheering on the Colorado Avalanche or Wyoming Cowboys, playing drums for her church’s worship band, teaching a ballet class, or going on hiking and backpacking adventures with her husband, Brent. Most of all, Alyssa loves getting to spend time with her husband, family, and friends enjoying the tremendous blessings of life in Wyoming.
Kelsey joined CPA Consulting Group, after obtaining her BA in Accounting from the University of Wyoming in 2024. While attending college, she worked as an accounting clerk and payroll specialist/ bookkeeper to learn the industry firsthand while studying. She is eager to get to know the clients of CPA Consulting and excited to continue to expand her knowledge and skills in the accounting industry.
Kelsey grew up in a close-knit family, with three sisters on her family ranch where she learned many life lessons. She learned honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic while they spent their time together taking care of their cows and sheep and traveling to rodeos. She still spends her free time helping on the ranch, but also enjoys running, learning to play the fiddle, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs play football. Kelsey’s faith, family, and long-term boyfriend have been her strength and support through her journey this far. She looks forward to the many opportunities and adventures that are ahead of her.
Jean Deveraux – Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist
Jean Deveraux, a Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist with CPA Consulting Group, LLP, began working for CPA Consulting Group in 2019. She previously worked for CPA Consulting Group, LLP but eventually took another job with another company to broaden her horizons. After working that company for a few years, Deveraux returned to CPA Consulting Group, LLP and has been with the company ever since. Devereaux has a wide-array of responsibilities, including full-charge bookkeeping, full-charge payroll, after-the-fact payroll, and more. Her hobbies include hiking, camping, fishing, and various other outdoor activities.
Amanda Fancher recently joined the CPA Consulting Group team in 2017. A Casper native, she has lived in California and Colorado before returning to Wyoming in 2004 to be closer to her family. Amanda has spent more than 13 years in the customer service industry, with the last few years in the financial sector.
Amanda is an avid volleyball player and enjoys playing golf. She also enjoys being a member of her church and spending the weekends with her dachshunds, Barklie and Daisy.
A native of Casper, Wyoming, Renee is the oil that keeps the wheels turning at CPA Consulting Group. After graduating from Kelly Walsh High School, she spent more than 26 years working in the retail industry, where she learned the “fine art of helping people change a bad day into a great one.” Renee, her husband Mike, and daughter, Kaitlyn are avid football fans, and days off are spent cheering for the Minnesota Vikings, playing with her family at their cabin, and attending fun community events.
Liz is a Casper native who grew up in a big family and is the youngest of 5 children. Her own little family consists of her husband, Todd, her daughter, Temprance, and her son, Diesel. Their goal is to visit all 50 states before Diesel graduates high school. So far, they have visited 24 of them, planning to finish by 2031, with Alaska being their last stop.
Their house is bustling with animals as well. They have 3 dogs—Yeti, Hiker, and Myah—and 2 cats, Roxy and Artemis. Her daughter also cares for a chinchilla named Pan, while her son has a gecko named Rector. Their home is full, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Currently, bookkeeping is her profession, which she loves. With over 10 years of experience, she is currently attending Casper College to become an accountant, aiming to become a CPA one day.
She also serves as the treasurer on the board of St. Mark’s Preschool. This preschool has been a significant part of her life, as it was where she and her children attended. When they invited her to join the board in 2018, it was an easy decision for her.
In her free time, amidst her busy schedule of work, school, and family life, she enjoys practicing aerial yoga, meditation, hiking, camping, and kayaking. Meditation especially helps her stay calm amidst her hectic lifestyle.
I was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming. I grew up playing competitive soccer and golfing. To this day, I will go out and play soccer with my four kids. In all sports, we are always on the go from one activity to another. I really enjoy watching them as they continue to grow as athletes and good human beings. As a family, when we do have free time, we usually flyfish on the river or spend time playing outside games in the backyard. I grew up learning how to do the books for my dad’s business, and I really enjoyed it, and that is what made me interested in bookkeeping.
Laura is a California native, moving to Wyoming in 2015 she now calls Wyoming home. “It’s a great state to raise a family and experience the wide range of outdoor activities Wyoming has to offer.” Laura has two children, and they enjoy hiking on the mountain with their dogs, camping, bike riding along the trails, kayaking, and snowshoeing in the winter. Laura has a passion for supporting small businesses and local artists and is often found going to local events. In addition, she owns a small business and enjoys being a vendor at various events with her daughter. She is also a board member of Art on the Go.
Laura loves to learn, so when the opportunity came to wok at CPA Consulting Group, she didn’t hesitate to join the team. “I’ve learned a lot and I still have a lot to learn. Woking here has been a great opportunity for growth. I look forward to meeting clients and getting to know them.”
