It is with profound sadness and grief that we announce the passing of our partner and, most importantly, our friend Kaili Holloway. Kaili passed from this world on April 19, 2026. Kaili started her career at CPA Consulting Group in 2012 as a payroll and bookkeeping specialist. It was through her hard work, determination, and dedication to her co-workers and clients that she rose through the ranks of our firm to become a partner in 2024.
Kaili will be remembered by her clients as a professional who put her clients first and put her own interests second. She believed that if she took care of her clients when they needed her, they would take care of her when she needed them. We can attest to her approach through the outpouring of love and support her clients have expressed to us during her devastatingly brief illness.
More importantly for us, Kaili will always be remembered as a supportive and loyal friend. She came to work everyday with a positive attitude and keen sense of humor. She always gave more than she received and would help whenever necessary. She worked to make our firm a special and close-knit place to serve our clients. Kaili also volunteered her time and talents to make Casper a better place to live and raise a family by serving on the board of directors of the 12-24 Club.
Kaili leaves behind her two children, Aiden and Easton, whom she loved and supported in every way she could. She also leaves behind her mother, Daneen Weaver, her father Howard Weaver, her partner in life Adam Pauli, and countless more family and friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with Kaili’s family and friends on this sad day.
